History
1990
Suiphar Group was born in Miami as the center of strategy and finance for the development of the pharmaceutical business in Latin America.
1991
Suiphar Group begins distribution of Upjohn (now Pfizer) products in the Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
1992
Suiphar begins to represent Procaps in the Dominican Republic and Bolivia.
1993
Suiphar begins to represent Procaps in the Dominican Republic and Bolivia.
1994
Suiphar begins distribution of Merz in Bolivia.
1995
Suiphar begins to promote pharmaceutical and generic products in Colombia.
1997
Suiphar starts representing the Italian dermatological line, PHARCOS, in Colombia, Dominican Republic and Bolivia.
1998
Through Colompack, the production of liquid and solid pharmaceutical products begins in Bogota.
1999
Suiphar and Procaps create Promedical in Bolivia, a pharmaceutical distribution company that today is one of the leading companies in the country.
2000
Colompack receives the INVIMA GMP certification renewed at each expiration date.
2003
Suiphar Ecuador is founded to promote its dermatological products throughout the country.
2004
Pharex, a company specialized in pharmaceutical and cosmetic logistics, is created.
2016
The representation of Biosidus begins and Suiphar enters the high-cost area in Bolivia and the Dominican Republic.
2016
Begins distribution of dermatological products in Mexico.
2016
Pharcomed Corp is founded in the USA to promote its dermo-cosmetic, health and beauty products.
2019
Colompack expansion plan begins, doubling production capacity and preparing for certification under report 37. Contract signed with Ordesa for the representation of the pediatric nutrition line.
